Who are we..

We are a bunch of friends doing technical job.. we took the opportunity to do something funnier than the usual daily routine.
We always wanted to make robots.. somebody makes 3D models of them.. this time we'll make something autonomous that moves :)

Junya

I’m a software programmer and I haven’t used Linux
nor Raspberry Pi. Pi-Wars is a good opportunity to
know something different. That’s why I joined this
team. I’m looking forward to having new experienced
via this competition. My hobby is assembling and
painting plastic models, most of them are 80’s robots
in Japan

Simone

I design electronics and mostly with bare metal firmware. I love music and skating in my spare time. Pi War is a good gym to play with embedded systems and have fun with friends. You can experiment with new solutions that might come useful for work too.

Francesco

I'am a computational linguist... that means I deal with text mostly. Piwar is a fun opportunity to code in a different domain. Like robotics which I find extremely exciting. In my spare time I play violin, listen to music, study arcane languages.. like LISP :-) .. and more

Dario

I work as a draughtsman, doing 3D modelling too. I love travelling and cooking among other things. I’d like to design some robotic parts and to learn programming. Making a robot in a team might make coding easier. It sounds like a lot of fun..
